He holds a law degree from Nirma University, Ahmedabad and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. He has significant experience in corporate and advisory matters, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, sports law (league level and franchise level), foreign investment regulations (in-bound and out-bound transactions), and succession planning.

He also has experience in legal structuring of diverse types of commercial arrangements and drafting commercial contracts. His experience of working regularly with business teams and quick thinking in execution of his tasks makes him solution-oriented.
