Ankit is a seasoned disputes lawyer with over a decade of experience in handling complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution mandates and specializes in a wide range of legal areas, including commercial disputes, internation and domestic commercial arbitrations, insolvency and banking litigation, and competition law.
Ankit holds a degree in law from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun and was the recipient of the University Gold Medal. He also holds a LLM in Corporate and Financial Laws from Jindal Global Law School, O.P Jindal University, Sonipat and was awarded the Silver Medal.
Ankit is a versatile litigator and has been a trusted adviser to a diverse range of clients from multinational corporations, public sector undertakings, and large Indian corporates to start-ups. He has represented clients across various sectors, including banking and finance, energy, technology, infrastructure, mining, telecom, healthcare services, hospitality and has a proven track record of resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
Ankit has earlier been a Partner (Des.) with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi and has also worked with Verus, advocates. He has also extensively written on various issues in leading international and national journals.
