Mehak Khanna

Mehak Khanna has spent 17 years advising clients on complex corporate transactions (both domestic and cross border), general corporate matters and compliances.  

She has worked on a diverse range of matters spanning across industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, direct selling, sports, and technology. She is a member of the Indian Direct Selling Association and regularly advises direct selling clients in India and globally. As former General Counsel at Lenskart and Associate General Counsel at Airtel, she has developed a deep understanding of commercial-legal needs of organisations, at a macro and at micro levels. She is known for her strategic approach, deep understanding of commercial drivers, and ability to navigate multifaceted legal and regulatory challenges. 

Given her wide-ranging experience, she has been recognised by Forbes as one of the best general counsels under 40, was chosen as one of 5 unstoppable women global leaders by womenworldindia and was selected by ET Prime as an Emerging Young/Woman Leader.

Advised on setting up its £7 million UK rice production facility in United Kingdom and on the acquisition of a minority stake in Nature Bio Foods Limited.

Represented in its INR 35 million fund-raise from investors, and recent strategic collaborations with DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. 

Cremica Food Industries Ltd. and its promoters

Represented in an INR 135 crore equity purchase transaction. 

Yashaa Global Capital Fund (co-founded by Shikhar Dhawan) 

Advised in obtaining ADGM approval for its $75 million AIF.
