Before Antares Legal, Parnika worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal and Phoenix Legal, advising domestic and international clients across varied sectors. In the past, she was seconded at the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), gaining deep insight on regulatory matters, trade policy and cross-border investments. Parnika has also worked as Director and Head – Legal & Operations at a specialty chemicals company, where she oversaw the company's legal, compliance and operational functions.

 

Her experience as both external counsel and a member of senior management gives her a strong commercial perspective, enabling her to provide legal advice aligned with business strategy.
