Her career spans leadership roles in renowned Indian law firms as well as with the corporate legal team of Bharti Enterprises, equipping her with a distinctive blend of in-house insight and advisory perspective. This dual vantage enables her to deliver business-aligned, commercially astute legal strategies tailored to client objectives.

Her transactional acumen extends across diverse sectors such as telecom, pharmaceuticals, real estate, retail, hospitality, power, infrastructure, banking and finance, information technology, defence, and education. She has advised listed and unlisted Indian and multinational corporations, family offices, and emerging businesses on complex investment and restructuring mandates, including foreign direct investment, overseas investments, and debt raises.

In addition to her transactional expertise, Seher has significant litigation and dispute resolution experience, having represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals, and other legal forums across the country. Her ability to navigate both corporate and contentious matters provides clients with holistic, end-to-end counsel on legal, regulatory, and commercial challenges.

Seher obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and is an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women. She is also a lifetime member of NAREDCO’s Women Wing—NAREDCO Mahi.
