In addition to litigation, our team also provides guidance and advise on complex commercial arbitrations, with a successful track record of securing favorable awards for our clients. This includes developing pre-arbitration strategies, participating in settlement discussions, representing clients during arbitral proceedings, and seeking enforcement of awards.
The dispute resolution team at Antares Legal aims to deliver a comprehensive solution to each matter handled by the firm. Our team handles every aspect of a dispute –from strategy to drafting, from oral arguments in courts to advising in settlements. We instruct external counsel only in two instances – where the complexity of the matter warrants it, and where clients instruct us to engage a senior counsel for special sensitivities. Our dispute resolution team offers honest opinions, avoids rhetoric and discourages dragging a dispute to a court or arbitration unless there is a good case. Our lead disputes partner is qualified as an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and we, therefore, regularly act for our clients before the apex court.
